A Snapshot of Your Day
- Ensure readiness for mobilization of the site team, with the main tasks listed below. The main stakeholders are the site team and the construction project team.
- Support with administration and process improvements/developments within the CSN SM team.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Administrative responsibilities:
- Support managers/colleagues/site team with problem solving and administrative tasks.
- On/off boarding of internal and external employees.
- Support and authorization management for different IT systems.
- Execute administrative improvement projects.
- Internal and external information distribution.
- Support and execute meetings and events.
- Issue PR and PO.
- Training management
- Perform as Primavera key user.
- Perform as SAP key user.
- Issue project specific PATAC, BTAT and VISA
- Follow up on VISA requirements
- Plan and follow up on VISA renewal plan for travelling personnel
- Support with flight tickets and travel arrangements according to Siemens Energy travel Guidelines
- Support and review expense claims
What You Bring
- Degree in business or engineering preferred
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all stakeholders and fostering collaborative relationships.
- Service-minded with a strong focus on meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a continuously changing environment.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities and solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to navigate complex situations.
