A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Field Service Safety Officer, you will be on-site supporting our field service project teams to ensure a safe and compliant work environment. Your day involves conducting site inspections, advising stakeholders on safety matters, and leading toolbox talks and HSE meetings. You play a hands-on role in identifying risks early and driving a proactive safety-first culture across all project activities.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Prepare, implement, and review project-specific HSE Plans to ensure compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify unsafe behaviors and conditions.
- Lead toolbox talks, formal HSE meetings, and provide expert EHS guidance to project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Serve as the primary contact for all on-site EHS matters, actively influencing safe practices and behaviors.
- Prepare monthly HSE performance reports and manage incident investigations, documentation, and corrective actions.
- Monitor occupational health standards and welfare arrangements to ensure continuous safety performance improvement.
What You Bring
- Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent vocational/diploma-level qualification.
- 5+ years of documented experience in a senior EHS role within field, construction, industrial, or engineering environments.
- Strong expertise in safety compliance, hazard identification, risk management, and safety auditing.
- Proven ability to conduct Job Safety Analysis, hazard analysis, fall protection assessments, and occupational hygiene evaluations.
- Effective communication and stakeholder influence skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated experience in troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and incident investigation.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or
low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
