Position Overview

The position will support a variety of administrative activities for the New Units and Field Service International Teams. These teams support generation projects during the phase of construction and field servise maintenance globally. 

How You´ll Make an Impact

  • Support with travel expenses report according with expense policy through the CONCUR tool. 
  • Issuance of resource request form for all personnel allocations in the projects for the different teams.
  • Maintain control of all important documentation and certifications of all the field service personel.
  • Deliver required documentation of the field service personnel to access the generation plants.
  • Manage purchase orders through the purchasing department and maintain inventory control. 
  • Support visas and delegation process
What you bring

  • Bachelor´s in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
  • 2-3 years of experince 
  • Fluent in english
  • Proficient in MS office
  • This position is offered under a one-year contract with benefits above the law and with the possibility of becoming permanent after that period.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
