役割について
| A Snapshot of Your Day Describe in a short, transparent paragraph what a day in life of this role might look like: Your day begins by aligning manpower and tool shipments for SGT, AGT, and MGT Siemens gas turbine projects across Latin America, ensuring every resource is positioned where it’s needed. You collaborate closely with project managers and field service teams to confirm staffing, solve logistical challenges, and maintain project schedules. As the central commercial and logistics link between stakeholders, you streamline communication, remove barriers, and drive smooth, efficient project execution from planning through delivery. This position is based within the Latin America region (Mexico, Dominican Republic, Peru, Argentina, Bolivia or Brazil) and reports directly to the Distributed Operations Team Lead based in Orlando. How You’ll Make an Impact ● Support the rapidly growing Distributed Operations business (SGT, AGT, MGT) across Latin America by coordinating manpower, tooling, and mobilization activities for a high volume of service events ● Maintain accurate and timely SAP PD2 and Salesforce Lightning transactions, ensuring data integrity for work orders, service appointments, requisitions, vendor/customer updates, and fleet information ● Validate mobilization requirements, review documentation, and ensure all compliance checklists are completed before project execution ● Strengthen operational readiness by identifying gaps, resolving logistical challenges, and maintaining alignment across regional stakeholders. What You Bring ● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline ● 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Field Service, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related operational field ● Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish/ Portuguese (spoken and written). ● Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and advanced Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SAP PD2 is a strong plus Who is Siemens Energy?
