A Snapshot of Your Day
Join Siemens Energy as a Project Manager specializing in digital products and services with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the Gas Services Distributed execution unit. You’ll drive the commercialization of digital and AI-powered offerings, ensuring best practices in product development while championing innovative, responsible solutions. Coordinate a global, virtual team, align digital and AI strategy with product owners, oversee R&D budget allocation, and gather feedback from diverse stakeholders—all while embodying Siemens Energy’s core values: Responsibility, Excellence, and Innovation.


How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Lead the lifecycle of digital and AI-driven products from ideation to execution, including budget planning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and outcomes aligned with Siemens Energy’s values.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Engage with internal and external partners to set expectations and maintain alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions for excellence.
  • Foster compliance, ethical AI practices, and transparent communication with stakeholders.


What You Bring
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Certified senior-level project management experience (IPMA or similar) with SCRUM Master skills.
  • Experience in leading digital transformation and AI projects in large organizations.
  • Strong change management capabilities and proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Analytical, strategic thinker with the ability to provide actionable insights from complex information.

Our Gas Services division is dedicated to low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. We offer zero or low emission power generation, encompassing all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators under one roof. Our team focuses on decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
