The Cost Modelling Specialist develops financial models for headcount forecasting and improves cost structure transparency. You will focus on maintaining and developing cost models that integrate financial and headcount planning, providing a solid foundation for scenario analysis and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with partners to ensure forecast models are well understood, accurate, and aligned with current business drivers. You will act as the subject matter expert for personnel cost modelling methodology, supporting pivotal initiatives with tailored cost logic and structured financial insight.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve integrated cost models that support planning, forecasting, and business decision-making, ensuring alignment between financial and HR inputs.
• Unify headcount and financial cost planning into comprehensive models, ensuring accurate and validated data submissions throughout the planning cycle.
• Serve as a central contact during forecasting rounds, supporting collaborators and ensuring consistent, high-quality inputs across operational and strategic plans.
• Analyze cost structures to identify inefficiencies and deliver actionable insights for cost optimization and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners, HR, and operational teams to ensure models reflect current business drivers and support central initiatives.
• Lead standard methodologies in cost modelling, including detailing logic and assumptions, while improving efficiency and integration into reporting tools.

What You Bring

• Competent finance individual with several years of experience and profound knowledge in various controlling areas
• Strong user of business intelligence software such as Power BI
• You excel at analyzing data, paying close attention to detail, and have a genuine passion for numbers. Show advanced interpersonal and communication skills. Be highly motivated, a great teammate, and foster collaboration with various backgrounds. At the same time, you have excellent time management skills and strong analytical skills with an ability to focus on details.
• You are willing to take ownership, and you can work under pressure meeting deadlines and targets.
• You approach creativity with a drive to innovate processes and tools, eager to be part of a digital transformation journey.
• Excellent English skills, both orally and in writing
