As the leader of our Communication’s Artificial Intelligence Initiative, you guide a dedicated team to transform Communications into a state-of-the-art organization, embracing AI across CommTech, Mindset, Workflows, and Skillset.

How you’ll make an impact

• Lead the Communication’s Artificial Intelligence Initiative, managing a team of internal colleagues and external partners to deliver measurable progress across the four transformation fields relevant for the age of AI (CommTech, Mindset, Workflow, Skillset).
• Continuously scout for emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in communications, bringing fresh impulses into the team.
• Initiate and pilot creative solutions that challenge the status quo and inspire colleagues to adopt new ways of working.
• Foster an active dialogue with all relevant stakeholders to define gaps, optimizations, and future opportunities.
• Organize and facilitate internal workshops and training sessions to foster cross-functional knowledge exchange, upskill teams on digital trends, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Champion a hands-on, problem-solving mindset – turning obstacles into opportunities for process and innovation improvements.
• Successfully transition the AI initiative into the established communications organization, ensuring that AI-driven practices and a digital mindset become an integral part of the organization.

What you bring

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Communications, Digital Media, Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 years’ experience in corporate communications, digital transformation, or similar strategic roles within fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Proven track record leading AI-driven initiatives and digital transformation projects, including hands-on experience with workshops, hackathons, or mentoring programs.
• Strong understanding of communications activities, with the ability to analyze and map processes, and translate business requirements into workflows and technical solutions.
• Sound agile project management skills with a proactive, service-oriented approach to solving cross-departmental challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive outcomes and build trusted relationships across the organization.
