    Snapshot of the Day

    As Commercial Site Assistant you will handle SAP orders and invoices, coordinate with Procurement and suppliers, and help keep site services running smoothly. You’ll support the Commercial Site Manager with documentation, cost tracking, and contracts, keep internal records up to date, and help with onboarding, offboarding, and small site events.

    How You'll Make An Impact

    • Handling and administration of Local Purchasing in cooperation with Procurement Department.
    • Controlling Work Records and controlling of orders and invoices.
    • Execution of Transport & Accommodation Concept. Monitor local real estate market and establish cooperations to secure high demand of apartments.
    • Cost collection for insurance damages and support PM in execution of insurance claims. Support for cost accounting for site scope and the associated cost controlling and (Documentation) support to contract management
    • Monitoring compliance on data security and environmental, health and safety guidelines on project site.
    • Ongoing optimization of commercial and administrative processes to ensure rationalization potential, to optimize productivity, and to meet safety requirements.

    What You Bring

    • At least 3 years working experiencein Business administration function (Commercial Project/Sales/Bid/ Site Management or Controlling). Work experience on site is an advantage.Commercial apprenticeship or study
    • Very good English language skills (C1-level), German language skills are an advantage
    • Working experience in an international environment would be an advantage. Strong willingness to work at Site
    • Strong mindset to work and collaborate with Site Staff from several countries
    • Good computer and software skills (MS Office, SAP)
    • Open mindset, hands-on mentality, resilience and self-driven, good communication skills,very good team-player
