Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Sales Manager / Senior Controller (m/f/d), where you will play an advisory role to management and team members on all commercial matters. You will actively monitor KPIs for the business unit, prepare accurate forecasts, and manage the budget planning process. Engage in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities, ensuring precise controlling and reporting. You will oversee projects from a commercial perspective, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners. Your insights will drive process improvements, enhancing the commercial operations of our organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will lead the monthly monitoring of KPIs, ensuring accurate forecasts and effective budget planning.
• Collaborate closely with the bid team and relevant stakeholders to prepare offers and negotiate contracts.
• Participate in offer / calculation preparation contract negotiations in close collaboration with the bid team and relevant stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Insurance Taxes, etc.) 
• You will manage and mitigate commercial topics of contracts, including legal aspects, financial securities, and compliance.
•  Issuance or Commercial check and release of purchase orders to suppliers according to local signature guidelines
• Oversee the commercial check and release of purchase orders, guarantees, and supplier invoices, adhering to local signature guidelines.
• You will take commercial responsibility for assigned projects, providing KPI reporting to department management or HQ.

What You Bring

• You have a degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or accounting, controlling and reporting.
• Proven experience in commercial management or financial controlling, ideally within the energy sector.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• You have advanced proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
