A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Commercial Project Manager (CPM) (f/m/d) within our Gas Services, Controls & Digitalization & Nuclear team, you will serve as the commercial counterpart to the technical Project Manager (f/m/d), reporting directly to the Finance Manager (f/m/d).
You will bring passion and a proactive attitude to your role as a member of our international team. No two days will be the same. While you will often be deeply engaged in financial analysis, you will also interact with partners to align efforts, seek support, learn, and provide assistance. The outcomes of your work are needed for creating transparency and driving the profitability of the Controls & Digitalization & Nuclear projects within your scope.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Execute comprehensive financial and commercial activities, ensuring adherence to Siemens Energy Project Excellence standards and Financial Reporting Guidelines.
- Monitor and optimize project financial results, including gross profit, costs, cash flow, and financing instruments, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare and manage project forecasts, reflecting them accurately in the respective tools to support decision-making.
- Issue and submit project billing in a timely manner, adhering to customer contracts and regulations.
- Provide vital commercial and financial reports for project reviews, highlighting deviations and managing risks and opportunities effectively.
What You Bring
- Studies in business administration, Finance, Accounting, Commercial field or similar
- Experience in commercial project management, ideally with a certification as CPM (f/m/d)
- Solid track record in a multinational environment and experienced in effectively engaging with diverse audiences
- Sensitive and adaptable to the needs of diverse groups
- Analytical thinking and ability to interact both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills
- Full professional proficiency in English & German, ideally Spanish or French
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
