How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead comprehensive bid management processes for complex tenders, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
• Develop strategic bid approaches by analyzing tender documents and aligning with company objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, commercial, and legal, to gather inputs and finalize bid content.
• Utilize structured planning tools to manage bid timelines, deliverables, and review cycles effectively.
• Prepare detailed executive summaries, compliance matrices, and risk assessments to support decision-making.
• Conduct post-bid reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve bid performance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree.
• 5–8 years of experience in bid management within the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of technical, commercial, and contractual terms, with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and document management systems, enhancing bid preparation efficiency.
• PMP or APMP certification is advantageous, demonstrating expertise in project management methodologies.
• Experience in power systems, substations, or reactive power compensation projects, with knowledge of local and international standards.
