A Snapshot of Your Day:

 As an Assembly Worker at Siemens Energy, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by setting up, operating, and maintaining assembly line machinery. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are committed to producing high-quality products. You will contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact production efficiency and product quality, fostering a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement within the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Set up, operate, and maintain assembly line machinery and equipment at fixed workstation positions.
  • Install components of in-process products, assemblies, or sub-assemblies as they move along the line.
  • Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor output quality to identify and address faulty products through re-manufacturing or discarding.
  • Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet established specifications, schedules, and quality standards.

What You Bring:
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly line work.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain machinery and equipment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and continuous improvement practices.
