A Snapshot of Your Day

As an Accounting Lead at Siemens Energy, you will target detail-oriented professionals with a strong background in financial compliance and reporting. You will engage in meaningful projects such as ensuring adherence to financial transaction standards, controlling account reconciliations, and preparing comprehensive financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Your contributions will not only enhance the accuracy of our financial operations but also support our mission to drive sustainable energy solutions, fostering a collaborative team culture that values integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Ensure compliance with financial transaction recording standards (general ledger, cash payments/collections, tax transactions).
  • Control and reconcile accounts and records (balance sheet, P&L, bank accounts).
  • Prepare accounting reports and schedules for internal management and external compliance.
  • Consolidate financial statements and generate cash flow and budget reports.
  • Oversee cost accounting and budgeting processes, including variance analysis and budget preparation.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and credit & collections functions.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance standards and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
