A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Working Student in Sales Excellence, you will join a small, international team within Grid Technologies, focusing on data management and the Salesforce CRM. You support user administration, data quality initiatives, and contribute ideas through training materials, dashboards, and SharePoint sites. The role offers insights into Siemens Energy’s business units, supports the energy transition, and provides flexible working arrangements between home office and the Siemens Energy Campus in Erlangen.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Support of Salesforce data quality and data cleansing projects
  • Involvement in Salesforce user administration activities
  • Maintenance of dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Tableau
  • Creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites
  • Support in the creation of training materials, presentations, videos, and roll‑outs
  • Tracking and follow‑up of activities and projects
What You Bring
  • Enrollment in a technical, business, or IT‑related field of study
  • Teamwork capability, strong communication skills, motivation, enthusiasm, analytical thinking, and a careful, independent working style
  • Confident use of MS Office applications, especially SharePoint, PowerPoint, and MS Teams; knowledge of Tableau as an advantage
  • Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes
  • Practical experience with a CRM tool, such as Salesforce, as a plus
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
