As a Regional Area Service Sales Professional, your day will revolve around engaging with key clients across the East Coast of Australia—NSW, VIC, and QLD—promoting Siemens Energy’s high-voltage service portfolio. You’ll identify and pursue service opportunities, manage strategic accounts, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Your role is pivotal in driving growth through proactive customer engagement, accurate forecasting, and seamless coordination with tendering and operations teams.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Drive sales of high-voltage service offerings including transformers, switchgear, and digital services across utilities, renewables, and industrial sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase Siemens Energy’s service market share and client spend.
• Identify and capture all service opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with product promoters and tendering teams to influence early-stage project specifications and secure contracts.
• Support long-term service agreements (LTSA) and digital service initiatives, including condition monitoring and asset management.
• Represent Siemens Energy as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.

What You Bring

• Proven sales experience in the Transmission and Distribution industry, with a strong track record in service sales and account management.
• Technical background in electrical engineering or trade, with site experience and knowledge of HV equipment and systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence customers at all levels.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and a disciplined approach to opportunity tracking and forecasting.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and regions, supporting cross-business opportunities and customer engagement.
• A proactive, goal-oriented attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and customer excellence.
