A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student for our IT department in Ankara, Turkey, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a global team. You will be integral to the team's daily operations, focusing on providing foundational support for our IT systems and direct assistance to our end-users. Key responsibilities will include assisting with system monitoring, resolving basic IT issues, supporting laptop installations and migrations, and helping to create clear technical documentation and user guides. This role provides a unique blend of system-focused tasks and practical, user-facing IT support. 


How You Can Make an Impact

  • Assist in preparing data and materials for team meetings, status reports, and user presentations.
  • Support the maintenance of the team's internal knowledge base and shared resources.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned to support the daily operations of the ERP team.

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • Availability to work part-time (at least 2-3 days per week) onsite in Ankara for the specified 12-month contract duration.
  • Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in enterprise technology. 
  • Provide valuable professional development while contributing to the stability and efficiency of our IT services.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
