A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in implementing a new tool for performance and talent management processes. Imagine being at the forefront of a 2-3 year project that redesigns and integrates all processes under a unified platform. You will support this initiative by focusing on data-driven approaches and ensuring everything is seamlessly integrated. Collaborating with a dedicated team of 8, you will engage in various aspects of talent development, performance management, and people growth, while also designing and implementing innovative processes that drive success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will coordinate the implementation of projects alongside your mentor, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with goals.
  • Provide essential support in technical documentation, testing, and the technical aspects of the project to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in designing new processes and aligning them with stakeholders to foster collaboration and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the overall development of talent by engaging in various initiatives within the team, enhancing the employee experience.

What You Bring

  • Some knowledge or interest in talent and performance management,will be invaluable in this role.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory, allowing you to communicate effectively in our global environment.
  • Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help you excel in coordinating multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication abilities will enable you to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • A proactive interest in AI, data, and tools is a plus, as is a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management.

About the Team

You will be part of the Global Talent Management Center of Competence, where our mission is to enhance people attraction and growth. This team is dedicated to executing global HR performance and talent management initiatives from our hub in Spain. With a focus on process support and data handling, you will gain practical experience while contributing to ongoing projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring business continuity and supporting the development of innovative talent management strategies.
