A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Working Student within the Application Platforms Business department, you will support a mix of administrative, coordination, and digital topics within the Value Center Manufacturing.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Coordination and preparation of the VC Manufacturing Global Team Meetings, including slide creation, onboarding materials
• Maintenance of distribution lists and administrative documentation (e.g., org charts, book of faces)
• Ongoing maintenance and updates of the Value Center Manufacturing SharePoint
• Preparation and continuous update of Value Center presentation materials
• Preparation and consolidation of presentations, tracking of actions and milestones, and general coordination support across stakeholders, as well as structuring and maintaining related documentation
• Contribution to digital toolbox improvements, in particular the development of a Power BI dashboard integrating data from APM
• Ongoing maintenance and updates of DALM (Digital Application Landscape Manufacturing) SharePoint
• Preparation and continuous update of Value Center presentation materials

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or final year student) in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability, good time management, analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent skills to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint Access
• Cross-cultural awareness and skills, working with different geographical areas in different time zones
