How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop technical proposals and calculate project costs.
• Analyse bid/tender requirements to ensure commercial and technical feasibility.
• Prepare comprehensive tender documents, including commercial and technical information.
• Identify and mitigate potential technical and commercial risks.
• Collaborate with procurement to source services and labour costs.
• Ensure all tenders comply with Siemens Energy internal procedures and processes.
• Deliver detailed, high-quality, and competitive proposals on time.
• Support the Client Manager with bid delivery and contract negotiations.
• Perform contract handover for successful project delivery.

What You Bring

• A Mechanical Engineering degree with experience in rotating machinery.
• Relevant commercial/contractual experience, ideally within a mechanical maintenance or project solutions environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive nature.
• Sound analytical ability and a proven commitment to achieving outstanding results with a keen customer focus.
• Willingness to travel as required. 

About the Team

 Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
