A Snapshot of Your Day

Join our dynamic Iberia Special Tools team, where you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and communicating all data from the utility warehouse. Imagine ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective processing while optimizing supply to meet the needs of our internal customers. You will oversee the transport of goods, continuously updating information to create alternative action options and keeping all parties informed. Your day will also involve initiating and coordinating the installation and operation of logistics infrastructure on-site, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. As the go-to person for managing tooling status and supplying essential equipment to technicians, you will make a significant impact on their daily operations.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Coordinate and maintain all data from the utility warehouse, ensuring efficient and cost-effective processing.
  • Provide timely updates regarding the disposition of goods during transport, keeping all parties informed and ready to act.
  • Initiate and oversee the installation and operation of logistics infrastructure and equipment on-site, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Review tooling status and annual certification, proactively addressing site needs.
  • Supply essential tools and PPE to technicians, catering to their specific requirements for scheduled tasks.

What You Bring

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for…

  • A minimum of three years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or tool maintenance, preferably within the wind energy sector.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish to facilitate effective communication with the team and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage material orders and calibrations efficiently.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, ensuring that all equipment reviews and technician needs are met promptly.
 

About the Team

You will be part of Iberia’s Special Tools team, where collaboration and communication are essential. The team holds weekly meetings to discuss ongoing projects and individual meetings to address specific warehouse issues in Portugal. Your day-to-day work will involve managing the needs of technicians regarding tools, hand tools, and PPE, ensuring they have everything required to carry out their scheduled tasks. You will also be responsible for organizing calibrations and managing material orders, contributing to the team’s overall success.
