How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead, steer and motivate a team of 26 people
- Align closely with HQ in all expects of daily performances and local line management
- Align with all peers in the Service procurement area
- Responsibility E2E including steering via defined KPI's
- Interface management in terms of processes and escalations
- Act as liaison in between the team and higher management by offering permanent perspective and information to both sides
What You Bring
- Deep analytical skills in terms of processes and KPI performances
- Advanced knowledge in SAP with focus on data elaborations
- Advanced coaching experience
- Strong resilience in and external
- 5+ years of experience in a procurement function + one former TL position optimum
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), German is an advantage
