The Talent & Skills Management System is a new global platform to be soon implemented for our employees and managers to support their growth and career path in the company.

To make the usage of the platform even easier, the Talent team strives to present the right content in an engaging way through an user-friendly interface. This includes aspects such as expanding the skills diversity of the talent management environment while maintaining high data quality of the system.

Our goal is to support all employees in their personal development in the best possible way through the right talent & skills management programs.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• As a talent & skills platform administrator, you will support a worldwide user community on the company Talent Management System (Cornerstone Galaxy)
• You will be acting as a Talent Management Business Analyst, assisting our business in structuring their use cases and communicating with our development teams in order to ensure the requests are being implemented accordingly;
• You will be also acting as a talent Technical Support specialist, responsible for managing new system configuration and future add-on development processes based on Siemens Energy regulations;
• You will also be involved in different activities like working on data quality topics, reporting requests based on internal regulations and troubleshooting (L2 support activities).
• You will be an active actor on our Talent & Skills communities where you will assist our stakeholders in identifying the best system solutions for their needs

What You Bring

• University degree in the field of Computer Science or equivalent areas
• Interest in topics such as Talent & Skills Management System administration, as well as support of software development
• Ability to find technical and processual solutions for our customers
• Good communication skills
• Big interest in digital technologies across platforms
• Proficient in MS Office products such as Excel or PowerPoint
• Software development (PHP) background would be beneficial
• Fluency English is required (Fluency in German would be also preferred)
