We are seeking a Senior Engineer with extensive experience in Condition Monitoring Systems (CMS) and structural health engineering to support both strategic supplier development and ongoing product innovation. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with an outgoing and proactive personality, able to work independently while driving cross-functional progress. This role requires a results-oriented mindset and a pragmatic, solution-focused approach.

How You’ll Make an Impact

1. Supplier Investigation & Second-Source Development

• Participate in the investigation into a second-source supplier for condition monitoring and related sensor technologies.

• Conduct market research to identify viable supplier candidates.

• Perform on-site visits and due diligence assessments to evaluate technical capabilities, quality standards, and long-term potential.

• Assess supplier offerings beyond CMS, including sensors for control applications and other complementary technologies.

2.Product Development Support

• Contribute to ongoing product development activities within CMS and sensor systems.

• Provide expert input on system requirements, environmental constraints, and measurement principles.

• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and product management teams to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

3. Data Analysis & Fleet Support

• Analyze performance data from existing CMS products and operational fleets.

• Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.

• Support troubleshooting and root-cause investigations for field issues.

What You Bring

Experience 

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in: Condition Monitoring Systems or Structural Health Monitoring, Wind turbines，Gas turbines， Other large industrial machines
• Strong understanding of measurement systems, sensor technology, and data communication.
• Proven experience as a senior engineer with product-related responsibilities.

Education: M.Sc. in Mechanical-, Electronics-, Mechatronics-, or Structural Engineering. PhD is an advantage but not required.

Language Skill： Mandarin Chinese and Excellent command of English in verbal and written
