A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Student Worker in the Quality Management Excellence team, you will play a key role in ensuring business continuity by supporting and maintaining our internal digital tools. You will act as the first point of contact for technical support within the team while also assisting with ongoing development and improvement initiatives.

Your day will typically include troubleshooting user issues, maintaining and updating applications, supporting testing of new features, and helping document processes and solutions. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and gain hands-on exposure to both IT support and software development in a business environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

You will contribute in two main areas:

60% – Digital Tool Support & Maintenance

  • Provide first-level technical support for internal digital tools and applications
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve user-reported issues to minimize business disruption
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and health checks on digital solutions
  • Document recurring issues and solutions to build and maintain a structured knowledge base

40% – Development & Process Support

  • Assist in testing and deployment of new features and updates
  • Contribute to smaller scripting or development tasks under supervision
  • Create and update user guides, training materials, and process documentation
  • Collect and consolidate user feedback to support continuous improvement

Through your work, you will ensure stable operations while supporting long-term digital development within the team.

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field
  • Basic understanding of IT and software troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with application maintenance and structured problem-solving
  • Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python or PowerShell)
  • Interest in data management and digital tool optimization
  • Experience or familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and clear and professional communication skills

You will join the Quality Management Excellence team, where we focus on supporting and improving digital solutions that enable efficient and high-quality business operations. We work closely together in a collaborative and supportive environment, combining operational stability with continuous improvement initiatives.

This position is created to ensure a seamless transition as our current student employee graduates. The role balances immediate support needs with long-term development support, giving you a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in both IT operations and digital development within a global organization.
