What you bring
When joining our Global Learning team, you will support the Transformation project within the Skills stream, which will design and implement the new philosophy and approach to skills management. You will join the team which goal is to create a solution that enables identification of the critical skills of our workforce, provides data for informative decisions about upskilling and reskilling, as well as connects all talent processes with one skill framework. Our ambition is to create smart and a user-friendly solution, that will support people’s development, enhance the learning culture, and prepare our workforce to deliver on ambitious business goals.
How will you make an impact?
- Support the design and governance of the organization's skills taxonomy; ensuring skills frameworks are dynamic, regularly updated, and capable of anticipating emerging capability needs driven by technology and market shifts.
- Work on solution for connecting a robust enterprise Job Architecture, with skills framework, to enable standardization on a suitable level.
- Oversee the integration of skills data with core HR systems (HRIS, LMS, ATS) to power talent acquisition, learning, mobility, and succession planning.
- Help to design the skills gap analysis feature, so it serves the workforce planning at both strategic and operational levels, enabling proactive talent deployment.
- Use data and analytics to identify reskilling and upskilling priorities, informing L&D investments and career development strategies.
- Drive change management efforts, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and sustained adoption across functions and geographies.
- Extensive expertise in building skills’ taxonomies and implementing competency management systems in large companies,
- Previous experience in transformation projects, or large-scale programs
- Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and systems-thinking capabilities
- Excellent influencing skills and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders with high degree of autonomy, resilience, and strategic judgment
- Fluency in English;
- Study degree in Business Administration, HR Management or equivalent
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
