A Snapshot of Your Day

To ensure business continuity within the Technical Field Advisory in Romania, this temporary Site Management position is being established. This role is critical for overseeing the daily activities of Power Plants construction sites, leveraging extensive expertise to maintain service levels, administrative and operational stability. The ideal candidate will possess experience in site management, and proven capabilities in leading technical teams while upholding rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Plan and check schedule of the site to meet deadlines.
• Participate and hold internal and external Project meetings, reviews, briefs and kick off meetings.
• Conduct inductions, toolbox talks, health and safety management and inspections of all work.
• Point of contact on site for deliveries and client liaison
• Authorized person for all quality standards on site
• Document work undertaken / daily activities and provide a daily activity report.
• Recognized issues and assessed risks and review any findings with management.
• Prepare project snagging list.
• Assist Project Managers where required to support workload and provide site presence from the company side.
• Inspect work for satisfactory performance.
• Assume full responsibility for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) performance on-site, implementing and enforcing all companies and regulatory standards.
• Being the contact person in site in relation to the customer and other contractors
• Assuring communication internal and external, obtaining formal confirmation

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Good usage of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and willingness to learn other.
• High level of English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills (written and in oral)
• Good team spirit, proactivity, and motivation to learn.
• Strong operational and technical management expertise, including commissioning activities, construction management, quality control, and the implementation of continuous improvement processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high quality project delivery.
