What You Can Expect

Over two exciting years, you’ll gain hands-on experiences and become an active part of your team’s daily activities. Through impactful projects in three customized assignments - including an eight-month international placement - you’ll gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. A dedicated mentor will support you every step of the way, giving you the chance to explore different roles, engage in immersive experiences, and build a strong network with peers and industry leaders. 

You will work across the global and regional Onshore organisation within Wind Power, with a focus on Nonconformity and reducing Nonconformity Costs (NCC). In close collaboration with global teams, you will support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to solving complex operational challenges across regions and functions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As part of our Graduate Program, you are on the Siemens Energy team. You’ll share our purpose in energizing society by supporting customers with transitioning to a more sustainable world and work on real global issues, creating solutions that directly make an impact.

  • Support the identification, analysis, and resolution of nonconformities through structured problem-solving processes, including Product Integrity and Corrective and Preventive Action (PIP/CAPA).
  • Collaborate closely with the global PIP/CAPA Portfolio Manager and regional PIP/CAPA leads to improve quality fundamentals and reduce nonconformity costs across the Onshore Wind organisation.
  • Engage with cross-functional and international stakeholders across different regions, time zones, and cultures to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Relevant experience in proactive stakeholder management and LEAN/Six Sigma or similar problem-solving methodologies.
  • Relevant experience through internships and/or working student roles is essential; additional permanent work experience of up to 36 months is welcome.
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Process Engineering or a similar engineering discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.
  • Excellent English skills to engage in a multicultural environment, with flexibility and willingness for international travel.
