As a Service Technician - Wind Turbine, you will be at the forefront of Siemens Energy’s mission to drive sustainable energy solutions. This role targets candidates with a strong technical background in wind energy, eager to engage in meaningful projects that ensure the optimal performance of wind turbine generators.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on wind turbine generators to ensure their optimal performance and longevity.
• Dismantle, maintain, repair, assemble, install, and set up technical equipment and wind turbine components within a wind farm environment.
• Complete mechanical and electrical repairs, ensuring all service orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to defined processes and applicable regulations to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide detailed documentation and reports on maintenance activities, supporting transparency and informed decision-making.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, providing a solid foundation in technical principles and practices.
• Proven technical background in wind energy, with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience, demonstrating expertise in the field.
• Fluency in English, coupled with excellent proficiency in using computers, notepads, and MS Office applications for effective communication and documentation.
• High commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative work culture.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in the renewable energy sector.
