How You’ll Make an Impact

• Provide day-to-day operational task for Microsoft Teams Telephony and other Unified Voice solutions ensuring excellent end user experience every time.
• Evaluate symptoms and determine the root cause of complex client issues reported by various stakeholders and end-users Regular monitoring of Unified voice solution.
• Requirement engineering and business support for questions and problems regarding telephony functions.
• Operation and maintenance of automatic number assignment and the CMDB.
• Manage the development and implementation of new services and testing of assigned servers.
• Implementing and maintain solutions in Teams Phone. Especially call queues and auto attendants.
• Provide Solutions on Automating daily administrative task.
• Piloting and roll out new functions in Teams - especially Teams Phone.
• Share your knowledge with teammates and guide them in the resolution of complex technical problems.
• Vendor management and invoice control.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
• Supporting Telephony rollout word wide (Teams-Phone and Hard-Phone).
• Enforce a high-quality customer service culture.
• Stay up to date with technological changes in the industry with internal and external training.

What You Bring

• Working together with IT Board executives
• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in technology.
• 8-10 years of experience in similar role with hands-on experience in Teams Administration (Teams Admin Center & PowerShell) – Expert.
• Excel (Macros) – Proficient, Power Bi – Good to Know (Moderate), SQL (T-SQL) – Competent.
• SIP Protocol – Advanced, Microsoft Azure- Beginner
• Experience documenting and maintaining configuration and process information.
• Critical thinking skills and ability to work under pressure with an organized problem-solving approach.
• Multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in telephony projects is helpful.
