Join us as a Senior System Designer (m/f/d) Transformer Monitoring, where you will play a pivotal role in integrating technical disciplines to create innovative realization concepts in System Engineering. You will define and evaluate technical realization concepts, guiding the development of a functional architecture that encompasses all technical aspects. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will validate customer requirements and translate them into actionable system specifications, ensuring that our solutions are both cost-efficient and of the highest quality. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • You will drive the creation of functional architectures and technical realization concepts across various domains.
  • Collaborate with customers to assess and optimize system specifications, ensuring alignment with market and contract requirements.
  • Guide an interdisciplinary architecture team, fostering collaboration among development disciplines such as electrics, mechanics, and software.
  • Validate and verify concepts against requirements and standards, providing essential feedback to the Engineering Organization and R&D department.
  • Take on responsibilities for costs, time, and quality, ensuring timely and efficient realization of systems even amidst changing requirements.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of transformer technology, monitoring systems, and simulation methodologies.
  • Experience in developing hardware and/or software modules or algorithms for diagnostics and predictive maintenance.
  • Familiarity with IoT architectures, data analytics, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with an analytical mindset and structured working style.
