A Snapshot of Your Day
To support our growth and take our products to the next level, we are seeking an experienced Senior Software Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Product Owner, you will shape digital products that turn operational, sensor, and field data from energy assets into actionable insights for engineering, service, and performance teams. You will work at the intersection of customer needs, domain expertise, and agile software delivery to create analytics and visualization capabilities that improve transparency, decision-making, and asset performance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for data analytics and visualization solutions that transform machine, sensor, and operational data into actionable insights for technical users in the energy sector.
- Engage with customers, domain experts, and stakeholders to understand their challenges and translate them into clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized development goals.
- Drive agile product delivery in a cross-functional setup, aligning software engineering, UX/UI, domain experts, and business stakeholders to deliver valuable product increments in a structured and iterative way.
- Shape intuitive analytics and visualization experiences that enable users to monitor asset behavior, identify trends and deviations, investigate issues, and support reliability and performance-related decision-making.
- Use product performance data, user feedback, and market insights to continuously improve the product, increase adoption, and ensure that new capabilities create measurable operational and customer value.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master degree preferred
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally for data-driven, analytics, software, or engineering-related products, with strong ownership of roadmap, backlog, and value-based prioritization.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and visualization in technical environments, including dashboards, KPIs, reporting, and data-driven workflows for operational or industrial use cases.
- Solid domain affinity for industrial or energy-related machine data, with the ability to understand asset behavior, performance trends, condition-related insights, and root cause-oriented analysis workflows.
- Structured product leadership in agile environments, with hands-on experience in Scrum and/or Kanban and the ability to bring clarity, focus, and prioritization to distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical contexts into clear product decisions and collaborate effectively with engineering, UX/UI, business, and customer-facing teams.
