How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will strategically secure mid and long-term shipping capacity in a competitive project landscape.
• You will prepare and execute active projects, managing day-to-day scheduling and monitoring.
• You will conduct commercial analysis, providing closure and feedback to project teams on shipping performance.
• You will engage in technical sparring with internal stakeholders, focusing on stows, securing, and operational engineering.

What You Bring

• You are an experienced shipping/chartering professional with a strong operational and commercial approach.
• You possess a proven technical understanding of vessels and cargo handling.
• You have strong communication and negotiation skills.
• You can balance daily details against strategic tasks.
• You have advanced English proficiency.
• Previous experience in project execution/organization is an advantage.

About the Team

Join our operational team with a global reach, responsible for delivering main components and related parts to our wind farm projects. While your role focuses on projects in the execution stage, you’ll also provide commercial and technical support during the scoping and sales phases. We are an open, dynamic team with a good sense of humor, handling constant changes with a “can do” attitude to serve all our stakeholders!
