A Snapshot of your day
Your day involves leading and managing regional repair sales activities to drive consistent year-over-year bookings growth while strengthening the sales organization. You work closely with the sub-regional leadership to align strategy, support execution, and ensure service excellence across the compression business.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Collaborate with country heads, Business Development Managers, and regional leadership to develop and execute Business Target Agreements (BTA) and set clear sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sub-regional bookings forecasts (quarterly and yearly) using SFDC, while managing the effectiveness, coaching, and performance of the client-facing team.
- Ensure country and regional repair growth targets are achieved, while enforcing sales policies, guidelines, and procedures across the team.
- Oversee compliance processes such as LoA and drive the implementation of digital tools to improve efficiency and performance.
- Support market segmentation and strategic positioning, communicate company vision, and actively assist in client engagements, negotiations, and issue resolution while ensuring teams are well-trained.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, ideally complemented by an MBA or equivalent sales and management experience.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in repair business sales, service business, or a related field, with a strong track record in operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans effectively.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage, along with a willingness to travel.
