- Ownership and management of IT operations for global Treasury systems, ensuring compliance, continuity, and adherence to SLAs/OLAs
- Definition and monitoring of KPIs to measure IT performance and operational excellence
- Management of supplier relationships, including contract governance and service quality
- Control of operational costs and alignment of financial performance with budgetary goals
- Leadership of Treasury-related IT projects, including system implementations and rollouts in alignment with business strategy
- Identification of new technologies and enhancements to improve processes and outcomes
- Completed master’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business, Economics, or analytical fields
- Profound experience in international corporates, including several years with treasury applications
- Solid experience with Treasury Management systems and applications (e.g., FIS Quantum, FIS Trax, SAP TRP, TIS, BI tools)
- Proven track record in IT operations for Treasury systems and managing third-party providers
- Strong project management skills with certifications such as PMBOK, PMI, PRINCE2, or SCRUM
- Fluency in German, business fluency in English and ability to communicate complex topics clearly across functions and regions
