A Snapshot of Your Day

Optimize the procurement of materials and services to ensure high delivery capability and reliability, focusing on cost-effective manufacturing and short throughput times. Conduct material availability analyses, expedite purchasing, and create purchase orders to guarantee timely material availability. Trace supplier ordering and delivery processes, address any issues, and verify supplier invoices to resolve discrepancies. Support supplier management schemes and participate in working groups to influence product and supplier policies effectively.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Optimizing procurement of materials and services which is required to maintain a high level of delivery capability and delivery reliability with cost-effective manufacturing, short throughput times and a low capital tie-in. In PT and investment, maintenance and service.
  • Undertaking material availability analyses, expediting purchasing and supply sources in order to guarantee timely availability of materials.
  • Creating the Purchasing order, and guarantee timely availability of materials
  • Tracing the ordering and delivery processes of suppliers in order to take corrective measures in good time and be able to provide suitable information
  • Tracing the NCR and complete the claiming
  • Checking the content of supplier invoices in order to identify differences and obtain clarification. Operating or supporting an active supplier management scheme by passing on information in order to obtain the best performance from suppliers.
  • Participating in working groups to inform oneself and others about the product/supplier policy and to exert influence accordingly.

What You Bring  
  • 2-3 years working in procurement of in related functional areas
  • International project experience with collaboration within international teams is prefer.
  • Experience in international working environment is a must
  • Having worked as production planner/ strategy buyer/ customs declarer is a plus.
  • Bachelor degree, Major in automation or electrical-mechanic is better.
  • Good command of English speaking
  • Acquire 2-3 years of experience in import/export & customs declaration
