How You’ll Make an Impact
•Achieve the order intake and profit target for the allocated markets
•Support front sales to develop customer relationship, improve project hit rate including but not limited to customer visit, product introduction, technical support
•Prepare internal specification and technical documentation for technical engineering
•Manage the development of the critical offer documents, ensure that all technical areas are in line with the scope of supply
•Bidding documents preparation, Bid Strategy Planning, Cost Calculation & Optimization, bid Submission& Clarification
•Technical contract negotiation& signing, win-Loss Analysis
•Manage and organize customer meetings for consulting and selling activities
•Support Commercial negotiation. Handover contract to PM. Adjust where necessary to bring the project to a success
•Other temporary crossover work
What You Bring
•Bachelor degree or above
•Have knowledge in transformers or other related high voltage products/systems
•Good Communication Skills, Good Customer relationship building & fostering Skill & Computer skill
•Good Sales Skills, Multi-task Prioritizing skills.
•Have the prepared mentality which is used to working under pressure
•Excellent English skills
•Proficient in Office software, such as PPT, Excel, Word
•Willingness to travel at a short notice
