How You’ll Make an Impact 
•Conduct metallographic inspections for TABS, Cut-Up samples, CVD, welding, and laser-processed samples during production in accordance with work instructions and relevant technical specifications. 按照作业指导书及相关技术规范，对生产过程中的 TABS、Cut Up、CVD、焊接、激光等样品进行金相检验。
•Promptly report any non-conformances to the supervisor and carry out corrective or follow-up actions as instructed.当发现不合格项时，及时向主管汇报，并根据指示执行相应的纠正或跟进行动。
•Complete all tasks assigned by the supervisor and quality manager within the required timeframe. 按时完成主管及质量经理安排的各项工作任务。
•Perform quarterly material inventory checks as required by internal procedures. 按照公司流程要求，定期完成季度物料盘点工作。
•Accurately record all production data, PPQ data, and related inspection information. 准确、真实地记录所有生产数据及 PPQ 数据。
•Systematically document, manage, and archive all inspection results to ensure traceability and compliance. 系统性地记录、管理并归档所有检验结果，确保可追溯性与合规性。

What You Bring
•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Quality Management, or related disciplines. 全日制本科及以上学历，机械工程、材料科学、质量管理或相关专业优先。
•Familiarity with metallographic equipment operation, with strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications. 熟悉金相制样与检测设备，具备较强的机械图纸及技术规范的识读能力。
•Strong teamwork spirit with good communication and coordination skills. 具备良好的团队合作精神、沟通能力与协调能力。
•Proficiency in computer operation and common office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 熟练使用电脑及常用办公软件（如 Excel、Word、PPT）。
•Good command of English for daily communication and document reading.• 具备良好的英文沟通能力，能够进行日常交流与技术文档阅读。
