Siemens Energy
„Energetizáljuk a társadalmat” – mottónknak megfelelően innovatív technológiákkal és ötletek megvalósításával támogatjuk ügyfeleinket egy fenntarthatóbb világ elérésében. Több mint 100 000 alkalmazottunkkal világszerte formáljuk a jelen és a jövő energiarendszereit.
Grid Technologies
A megújuló energiaforrások emelkedő aránya, a növekvő energiaigény, az elöregedő infrastruktúra és a fokozódó komplexitás az új csatlakozási pontok mellett a meglévő hálózatok infrastruktúrájának megújítását és fejlesztését is igénylik.
A munkakörről
A Snapshot of Your Day
Join a major factory expansion project within Grid Technologies, where you set the standards that keep delivery on track. You will lead critical governance across risk & opportunity, change, and claims—spotting issues early, driving mitigation plans, and holding teams to clear controls. You will protect the project from scope creep and unnecessary contingency spend by enforcing strict compliance across all work streams. Working in a matrix organization, you will bring deep construction expertise and persuasive leadership to guide decisions and resolve claims with external parties.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead project-wide risk & opportunity workshops, maintain the risk register, and drive mitigation actions to prevent scope creep and protect contingency budgets (targeting ≥10% reduction in unplanned contingency spend vs. baseline).
- Oversee change management across all work streams in line with FE PMO standards, ensuring disciplined end-to-end change control.
- Define, enforce, and monitor change control requirements, holding teams accountable and preventing deviations through clear governance.
- Facilitate change review forums to secure timely decisions and approvals.
- Lead claims management with external parties, ensuring contractual compliance, robust documentation, and effective negotiation support through resolution.
- Set and enforce risk, change, and claim standards; conduct audits and reviews; and communicate complex issues clearly to senior leaders and partners across a matrix organization.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of construction project management experience, preferably on manufacturing facility projects.
- Proven capability in risk and opportunity management, change control, and claims management.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple work streams within a matrix organization.
- Strong command of construction contracts, risk analysis methodologies, and change management processes, supported by effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, with strong leadership in enforcing standards.
