A Snapshot of Your Day
As Siemens Energy continues its HR transformation journey, the Time & Attendance (T&A) function plays a critical role in supporting accurate and compliant payroll operations. As a Regional Time & Attendance Process & Solutions Advisor for the Europe region, your day will involve supporting the delivery of new projects and continuous improvement of T&A services, focusing on Tier 2 support, process adherence, and regional coordination. You will work closely with Payroll and Time & Attendance Centre of Competences, HR Services, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure smooth operations and effective issue resolution across European countries.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the implementation and stabilization of UKG systems in European countries, including design, testing, documentation, services preparation, and knowledge support.
- Provide Tier 2 support for Time & Attendance inquiries and issues across the Europe region, escalating to global teams when necessary.
- Collaborate with Sites, HR Services, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow from T&A systems to payroll platforms.
- Assist in local process documentation, updates, and alignment with global standards.
- Monitor service delivery performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in regional projects related to T&A services, including system upgrades, policy changes, and harmonization efforts.
- Maintain awareness of local labor regulations and ensure T&A processes remain compliant.
- Act as a liaison between country HR teams and global process leads to ensure regional needs are considered in global governance.
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in HR and Time Operations.
- High level of affinity to and experience with Time solutions, preferably UKG/Kronos.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a regional, multicultural environment and communicate effectively across teams.
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to support others in a service-oriented role.
- Good understanding of European labor regulations related to working time and attendance.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
About the Team
In this role, you will be working within the Human Resources function – People Systems and Services, a truly global and diverse team of specialists with an open mindset, responsible for ensuring Siemens Energy payroll is compliant, accurate, timely, and fit-for-purpose, with a clear governance & risk management approach. You will manage our Payroll vendors and work closely with our HR Services team to safeguard end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy’s digital transformation. You will get all the trust and empowerment to be successful.
