A Snapshot of Your Day
As the Regional Development – Finance & Data professional, your day will be centered on transforming data into actionable insights and enabling efficient, transparent operations across Regional Development and Sales Excellence initiatives.
You will work closely with the FIN Lead – Regional Development and the Regional Development Lead – Sales Excellence, supporting strategic discussions with high-quality data, analytics, and operational insights.
You will engage with multiple data sources, extract and structure information and continuously improve reporting processes. Your work will empower leaders to make data-informed decisions, identify efficiency opportunities, and drive innovation and automation across regional and global initiatives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Operational Efficiency Enablement:
Support the FIN Lead – Regional Development by identifying, analyzing, and driving operational efficiency improvements across in-scope initiatives. You will streamline reporting processes, reduce manual effort, and ensure consistent, scalable data solutions.
- Data Extraction & Integration:
Own the extraction, consolidation, and validation of data from multiple systems and sources (e.g., financial, sales, operational). You will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability to support analysis and decision making.
- Data-Informed Decision Support:
Provide analytical support for strategic and operational decisions by developing insights, trend analyses, and scenario views. Your outputs will directly support planning, prioritization, and execution of regional and global initiatives.
- Digitalization & Innovation:
Actively contribute to digitalization initiatives by identifying opportunities to automate, standardize, and modernize reporting and analytics. You will help introduce methodologies, and best practices to enhance data maturity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Finance, Sales Excellence, IT, and other regional/global stakeholders to align data definitions, KPIs, and reporting standards, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- 1 year of proven experience in
- data analytics, business intelligence, or operational performance management, ideally in a complex, global environment.
- data extraction, transformation, and analysis, with hands-on experience in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- driving efficiency improvements through automation, process optimization, or digital solutions.
- Solid understanding of financial and operational data, enabling meaningful analysis that supports strategic and financial decision making.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of working across functions and regions.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, transparency, and data-driven ways of working. Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
