A Snapshot of Your Day
The R&D Academy is a core enterprise capability that upskills over 5,000 global R&D employees, underpinning strategic performance in project execution, decision quality, and customer-focused innovation. To ensure the continued impact of this strategic initiative, this role focuses on three core areas: end-to-end management of the R&D Academy's learning programs, strategic communication and stakeholder engagement to foster a global R&D community, and data-driven enhancement of planning processes and analytics. Given the focus on global program delivery and strategic alignment, the ideal candidate will have significant project management experience in an R&D or strategy context, proven expertise in designing corporate capability-building programs, and excellent communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders.
How You’ll Make an Impact
R&D Academy Program Management
- Lead end-to-end project management to design, launch, and scale global capability-building programs and structured learning journeys. Define and advance the R&D training curriculum, aligning it with long-term corporate strategy, innovation, and technology priorities.
- Drive the integration of digital and AI-enabled learning solutions, creating digital content and improving workflows to enhance the learning experience. Manage project budgets, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful program implementation and scaling.
Strategic Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Execute high-impact communication campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., Viva Engage, LinkedIn) to promote academy offerings and engage the R&D community. Foster global collaboration by curating and sharing best practices and strengthening knowledge exchange across Business Areas and regions.
- Synthesize complex R&D and technical topics into compelling, senior-level messaging for executive-ready materials and stakeholder updates. Facilitate workshops, events, and community forums to support an engaged global R&D network.
R&D Planning & Analytics Enhancement
- Enhance R&D Academy analytics by improving data integration, process automation, and reporting tools to measure program impact. Support strategic R&D planning activities by contributing to portfolio insights, scenario analyses, and decision-making materials for senior leadership.
- Ensure consistent use and integration of R&D planning systems and tools to improve capability development and resource planning.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Strategy, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in project/portfolio management, R&D, or corporate strategy, preferably in a global or cross-functional setting.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing corporate learning journeys or capability-building programs.
- English fluency required
- Certification : Project Management Professional (PMP)
