A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our global Quality team at Siemens Energy Gas Services, where you'll collaborate across various organizations and locations to reduce and prevent nonconformances. Your role will be dynamic, supporting Gas Services in achieving quality objectives and becoming a leader in quality, customer satisfaction, and EHS.
In a data analytics/tool analyst-oriented role supporting our team, you’ll leverage data analytics, create data visualizations, and support tool development to strengthen nonconformance management, monitor process health, and drive quality improvements. With a strong focus on AI, you will turn data into valuable insights that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Based on your specific skill set and business needs, your responsibilities may include:
- Utilizing data analytics and AI tools to identify process gaps and nonconformances, recommend preventive actions, and optimize processes
- Developing digital solutions - including custom tools and dashboards—for process monitoring, reporting, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
- Designing and maintaining interactive dashboards (preferably in Tableau) to visualize nonconformance trends and process health and efficiency metrics
- Collaborating with local and global teams to share insights, facilitate improvements, and provide practical, data-driven recommendations
- Gathering user feedback and translating business needs into solutions to support internal partners with efficient quality processes
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and 5-8 years of experience working within multi-cultural, multi-location, and multi-disciplinary teams, energy industry preferred
- Hands-on experience with AI applications, including prompt engineering and AI agent development, ideally supporting quality assurance topics; large language model (LLM) development and optimization is a plus
- Demonstrated experience developing dashboards (Tableau preferred) and data visualization solutions and basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R, or similar); MS Power Apps and Alteryx a plus
- Good collaborator with ability to build strong relationships across teams and leadership levels
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently with strategic guidance and coaching
- Prior experience with quality tools and knowledge in areas such as root-cause facilitation, auditing, process management, Six Sigma/LEAN is a plus
About the Team
Our global GS EQS team supports Siemens Energy Gas Services with nonconformance management, data transparency, analytics, and continuous quality improvements. Based in Europe and the U.S., we offer in-depth QM expertise, from auditing and process improvement methodologies to root cause analysis and data analytics.
About Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
