A Snapshot of Your Day 

As the Project Quality Manager (PQM), you will be part of the project management team responsible for executing our component supply projects globally. As an expert and partner, you provide operational support to the Project Manager, ensuring that customer project quality requirements are met. As a member of the project management team, you are an advocate for higher quality standards.
At the start of project execution, you check contractual and local country-specific requirements and regulations regarding quality topics and certifications, if applicable. These requirements are summarized by the PQM and distributed to all parties involved via project instructions and technical contract condition summaries.
The PQM identifies quality-related risks and opportunities.
They also establish a schedule for customer witness points and are responsible for communicating with the customer regarding schedule updates and invitations for these witness points.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Identification of country- and customer-specific requirements and regulations by liaising with the country QM officer
  • Development, control and improvement of a quality plan, including quality assurance measures such as reviews, tests and validations
  • Compiling customer witness point schedules and following up with the customer
  • Supporting lesson learned actions and best practice
  • Supporting the performance of Quality Gate and Milestone Reviews
What You Bring
  • Completed Bachelor’s degree with a technical background or technical training with relevant professional experience
  • Advanced experience quality regulations and norms.
  • Good experience with MS Office Tools
  • Good English knowledge for written and verbal communication with customer.
  • Advanced communication skills.
  • Flexibility to cope with volatile work volumes

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
