A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Digital Procurement Transformation, you start your day aligning with global stakeholders on ongoing procurement transformation initiatives. You review project statuses, analyze KPIs, and identify risks or improvement opportunities across your digital project portfolio. Throughout the day, you structure work packages in tools like Jira, prepare materials for steering committees, and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams. You also lead workshops to align on new initiatives, drive standardization of project management practices, and support the implementation of digital solutions. Acting as a central interface between business and digital teams, you ensure that transformation projects deliver measurable value and contribute to a more efficient and future-ready procurement organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact - Manage and drive a global portfolio of digital procurement projects from initiation to international rollout and implementation
- Harmonize and implement project management standards, tools, and governance frameworks across global organizations
- Lead international stakeholder alignment and drive change management across regions and business units
- Facilitate global workshops to structure, plan, and accelerate transformation and rollout initiatives
- Optimize processes to improve cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration and decision-making
- Develop and track KPI-based performance metrics to ensure measurable business value across global deployments
What You Bring- Degree in Business Administration or a related field with a focus on digital transformation
- Proven experience in project and change management within a procurement or supply chain environment
- Strong expertise in modern project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Agile)
- Experience managing cross-functional, global transformation initiatives in a corporate setting
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and influencing skills; additional languages are an advantage
