Project Manager Team Lead - AGT M&U - (A35 / A20 Portfolio)
A Snapshot of Your Day
You will be responsible for the completion and management of maintenance activities of the company’s products through performing and supporting on site activities in partnership with the business, customer, and contractors in line with the site programme.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will assist other Project Managers in their day-to-day activities to ensure the successful execution of projects
- You will guide a small team of resources to deliver projects on schedule, cost and quality
- You will ensure the team complies with SE Project Management processes
- You will assist with problem solving within your team on how to mitigate project challenges as they arise
- You will mentor and coach a small team of resources to help them become better Project Managers, Project Manager Support Personnel and support Project Managers to improve the overall execution of projects
- You will execute and manage complex projects to continue to improve project management skills and support critical business needs
What You Bring
- You will benefit from viewing project execution with a wider view and you will use your skills to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget to better serve our customers
- As a Project Execution Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to take part in and contribute to the larger execution view and how this contributes to AGT’s bottom line
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field
- Prior experience as a PM within the Siemens Services M&U business or equivalent
- Industry recognized Project Management certifications such as PMP, IPMA
- Knowledge of PE@SE
- Manage simple to highly complex projects.
- Expand leadership skills by leading different groups and team members to deliver projects successfully.

Gas Services
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
