Join our dynamic Grid Technologies, Substations Execution team in Italy as a Project Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of substation projects. Imagine leading comprehensive project planning and execution, while maintaining rigorous financial oversight and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. You will coordinate project teams, manage resources, and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to final client handover. Your expertise will drive project success, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and quality standards, all while contributing to our mission of delivering innovative energy solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements for substation projects.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, assigning responsibilities and ensuring adherence to schedules and deliverables.
• Oversee end-to-end project implementation, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and contractual obligations.
• Manage project closure activities, including final documentation, system handover, and securing client acceptance.
• Establish and control the project budget, meticulously tracking costs and ensuring project profitability.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical) or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the energy, industrial plant, or heavy construction sectors.
• Proven experience managing complex projects independently, from planning through to completion.
• Strong background in financial controls, risk management, and client relationship management.
• Excellent leadership and influencing skills, with a focus on customer relationship management and negotiation.
• Fluent English for technical purposes, both spoken and written. Fluency in Italian is also mandatory.

The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 70.000 – € 90.000 gross per year.
