Join Siemens Energy and lead electrical substation projects that drive the energy transition. You’ll collaborate with tender management, finance, and procurement teams, guiding projects from the initial tender phase through execution and final handover. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the execution of electrical substation projects from tender phase to handover, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Manage contractual, commercial, and technical aspects to optimize project performance.
  • Motivate and guide your project team, leveraging their strengths for project success.
  • Prepare concise decision-making materials for Steering Committees and Senior Management.
  • You build strong relationships with customers and sub-contractors through direct communication.
  • You ensure QHSE, contract, and site compliance for safety and quality.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, power systems engineering, or a similar field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in high voltage substations or FACTS projects.
  • Experience with construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC), strong commercial and risk management skills.
  • Knowledge of Quality and HSE management concepts and tools.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; other languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Nice to have: 

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Project and Autocad.
  • You have PMP or IPMA certification
