A Snapshot of Your Day

This role is responsible for managing project performance controlling activities for APAC AU while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing processes. It involves close collaboration with CPM, PM, and other business partners to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.

How You’ll Make an Impact

·       Responsible for the completion of project performance controlling related topics of APAC AU ;

·       Furthermore supporting the respective Manager in all other areas with the objective of executing yearly budget, monthly rolling Forecast and closing activities;

·       A professional collaboration between CPM,PM and all business partner

·       Support within the yearly budgeting and monthly forecasting process for AU project planning with CPM team;

·       Drive monthly Project closing process including JV booking ,  Accrual , Revenue and GM analysis based on OCC report ;

·       Support  Project billing and  SO creation, project closure and other system supporting tasks ;

·       Support  RHQ charge and project hours booking ;

·       Support all PC function Ad-hoc related tasks l

·       Cooperate and collaborate effectively with CPM team in Australia , local management and other Regions.

·       Carry out ad-hoc operational and financial analyses to help drive growth;

·       Any other ad-hoc related projects.

.What You Bring

Education/Skills

·       University or above preferred major business administration (Controlling, Accounting , Finance)

·       Fluent in oral and written English.

·       Very good knowledge of SAP, ideally SAP FI and SAP OCC;

·       Advanced Microsoft office skills, esp. Excel, Power Point;

Experience

·       Typically3 - 5 year experience in financial analysis area (accounting, controlling, etc.) with good knowledge of SAP system, Project  management experience is preferred.

·       Strong analytical skills required, systematic working style;

·       1year experience of managing project business, preferably from the Energy Sector (power plants) or Industry Sector.

·       Experience in MNC is a plus.

·       Good ownership and excellent communication and interpersonal skills -strong collaboration approach in a diversified team and cross-cultural environment

About the Team

 APAC ON Project controlling team is a regional team covers APAC 10 countries project and service project controlling business . Team with global diversity and perform regional centralized controlling and reporting roles .
