Your day involves leading end-to-end project lifecycle management within the Controls & Digitalization unit, ensuring effective planning, execution, financial control, and reporting to support growing regional demand. You will also drive stakeholder engagement, optimize resources, and maintain delivery excellence across complex projects, aligning capacity with business growth and backlog recovery.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead end-to-end management of multiple, complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
• Plan, organize, and optimize resources while coordinating project teams and delegating responsibilities effectively
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with quality standards and company procedures
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships
• Monitor project performance and provide clear reporting on cost, timelines, and resources, maintaining comprehensive documentation

What You Bring

• PMP-certified professional with a bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience managing large-scale projects in PMO or corporate environments
• Proven subject matter expert with the ability to manage complex projects independently and mentor junior team members
• Strong expertise in full project lifecycle management, including scoping, scheduling, risk management, implementation, and closure
• Solid financial and commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and invoicing
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and critical thinking skills with strong ability to influence stakeholders

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
