Step into the heart of our Valencia Plant, where you join a dedicated team ramping up production of SG14 electrical converters and control cabinets. You take charge of assembling and wiring cabinets and converters, ensuring each unit meets our growing weekly targets for delivery to the Cuxhaven plant. As you master new processes, you help reduce the learning curve’s impact and play a key role in training new colleagues stepping in for long-term absences. Every day, you contribute directly to the quality and reliability of the technology powering the energy transition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Assemble and wire electrical panels, cabinets, and converters with precision and care
• Ensure every product meets our strict quality standards before delivery
• Support the training of new production workers, sharing your knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment
• Help drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline assembly and reduce errors

What You Bring

• Experience in assembling electrical cabinets or working on production lines is a plus
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving production needs
• Commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm for working as part of a supportive, hands-on team
